Only in Iowa....

Well, the day started out warm and sunny. In fact, it was 63 degrees here, which is probably a record for March in Iowa. Keep in mind that this last week we had tons of snow on the ground. Today it had all but melted away. Imagine our surprise then, when we opened the front door to let the dogs out tonight and saw that we had a few inches of snow accumulated. Yep, we're under a Winter Weather Advisory. It's crazy! Like the title of this blog says, "Only in Iowa".

Overall, it was a pretty uneventful week. As stated in a previous blog, Addison began walking this week. That was the highlight of our week. Friday night Chris and I dropped Addison off for the night (the first time ever) and went Salsa dancing with some of my coworkers. We had a wonderful time.

We are looking forward to next weekend, our trip to Minneapolis with my parents and my sister and her fiance. Needless to say, we're ready for a vacation!
